Orlando North Eye Clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9AM to 5PM and Friday from 9AM to 12PM. The clinic is typically closed for most national holidays, including Thanksgiving and December 24, 25, and 31.
For the most up-to-date schedule, call the office before your visit.
The clinic is on the 2nd floor of the Crystal Center Building at 3300 West Lake Mary Blvd, Suite 210, Lake Mary, Florida. We are in the same building as the Nemours Children's Walk-in Clinic. The US Post Office and Winn-Dixie are across the street.
Park in the large front parking lot, enter through the main entrance in the middle of the building, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, turn left, and walk near the end of the hallway. The clinic will be on your right.
The team wants to see you in person as soon as possible based on your needs. If your concern is emergent, the office will try to see you right away.
Virtual visits may be available for certain eye health concerns. Call the office so the team can help start the process and guide the next step.
The clinic accepts patients without insurance and offers self-pay options based on the medical needs for your office visit.
The cost of care depends on the medical exam and diagnostic testing needed to evaluate your eye concern. Please call the clinic to discuss your specific needs. At the time of the visit, the team may be able to provide an estimate.
Insurance participation can change, and there are many plans available. Please review the insurance page and call the office if you are unsure whether the clinic participates with your plan.
When choosing or renewing a plan, check whether Orlando North Eye Clinic is listed as a provider because insurance companies update provider lists regularly.
Bring your insurance card, ID, current glasses or contact lenses, and any completed patient paperwork. If you have records from another eye doctor, bring those as well or ask about sending them ahead of time.
Refraction is a measurement of the eyes that determines the best vision in each eye. It is needed if you would like a new prescription for glasses or contact lenses, or if you have noticed a change in your vision.
The clinic performs refractions using precise instruments and the expertise of the doctor. Please bring your glasses or contact lenses to the appointment.
Medicare and many other insurance plans consider refraction a diagnostic vision test that is not covered under medical benefits. Because of that, the refraction fee is charged separately and paid by the patient.
The refraction fee is separate from the eye examination fee and is due at the time of service along with any copay or coinsurance required by your insurance plan.
Understanding your eye diagnosis can help you better understand your eye health. The website includes information about eye conditions, and the patient portal may also include educational materials.
The blog includes practical general advice to help you build a stronger foundation for knowing about your eyes.
The safety and health of patients and staff is a priority. Office procedures may change based on current health guidance and clinic needs.
Please call the office before your appointment if you have questions about current visitor, mask, or safety procedures.
